67% vacant land (79 million km2) need to be managed as to achieve positive impacts on land-inhabitants especially for human life. Land is given to human beings and all inhabitants for their usage as they are using air, water, sunlight etc. Land is not made or earned by human beings so it cannot be under the ownership of human as air, water, sunlight etc. ![]() Huge and multifunctional buildings weaken the human connection with the earth which is the most important part of physical, psychological and emotional growth ultimately impacts on social, economic, moral and management issues. Urban management systems like China Empirical City Planning and Japan Urban Planning System with huge and congested buildings and US Urbanization Plan with multifunctional buildings has one flaw of hugeness and congested. About 67% (79 million km2) of forests, shrub and barren is vacant and waiting for land management, Urbanization, irrigation or industrialization. ![]() 95% population of the world is living on 10% area of land, 5% population on 1% urban and built-up land 22% land is being used for agriculture and industry. ![]() ![]() Earth has 29% (149 million km2) land in which 10% (14.9 million km2) is Glacier and remaining 90% is habitable (agriculture, forest, shrub) and barren land.
